AgoraDeck is most useful when your roster is already in it. The walkthrough is concierge setup - we import your contacts together and run the Project Planner against a real brief, so you're up and running before the call ends. It's faster than figuring it out alone, and there's no follow-up sales pitch.

The 20-minute walkthrough is where we set up your roster together. By the end of the call you'll have a working AgoraDeck with your real contacts in it, and you'll know whether it's a fit. Most people decide during the call.

No. Monthly plans are billed month-to-month with no lock-in. Annual plans are billed once per year and save you 20% - you can cancel before the next renewal.

Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. On a monthly plan you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable but won't auto-renew if cancelled.

Payments are processed in GBP (£). If you're based outside the UK, your card issuer will handle the currency conversion. We're working on additional currency support - drop us a line if this is a blocker for you.
